Thank you for your order! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic (US): 5–10 business days after processing
- International: 10–21 business days after processing (may vary by country)
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at GraveyardGhoulsHearseClub@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will make it right.
